Just a Quick Thank You!!!

Rock Hard Love Cover Blog Part 1Tonight, July 7th, Rock Hard Love hit Number 1 on the Amazon Erotica – Free list.  I’m not sure why this happened suddenly, but I’m thrilled.  This was my first book and I made it free to promote my other work.  I guess it’s working.  You have to give away a lot of books to make number 1.  Thanks to everyone that has picked up a free copy and especially to those that paid for a copy prior.  YOU GUYS ROCK!!

Back to My Roots!

Rock and Roll Curves Cover BlogI’ve laid a few eggs.  Produced a few duds.  I can admit that.  I like to experiment and sometimes things aren’t as exciting to my readers as they are to me.  So sue me!  But this time, I’ve gone back to what started it all for me, or rather the two whats that started it all.  Rock Hard Love and Softail Curves.  With that in mind, I’ve written something that combines the best of both and that is called, Rock & Roll Curves.

This story has the big girl, the bad boy rock star, the amazing sex and the great story.  At nearly 20,000 words, Rock & Roll Curves is everything any self respecting reader of erotic romance would want in a story.  If I do say so myself, the sex is the most inspired I’ve yet written.  It’s sexy, rough, immediate and so satisfying.  The girl is sassy, yet somewhat insecure.  The male lead is strong and in control.

Rock & Roll Curves is due out this week!  I’ll post when it is available but I’m shooting to have it on sale the biggies (Amazon, B&N and All Romance) on Wednesday.  I’m really excited about this.  If you enjoyed Simone and James in the Rock Hard series or Shauna and Dutch in Softail Curves, you’re going to love this.  My beta readers raved about it and I hope you love it as much as they did.

Happy reading!!

New Release – Pitching Curves

Pitching Curves Cover BlogI’m happy to announce the release of my latest novella, Pitching Curves.  I didn’t expect this story to turn into such a long book, but it just kept flowing.  I expected a 15k story and ended up at nearly 30,000 words.  Thing is, I’ve got all kinds of ideas that just didn’t make it into this story.  I could have kept going, I suppose, but the story I wanted to tell was at an end.  I hope this one takes off so I can write a sequel or two.  It’s in your hands now.

Penny thought she was happily married, at least until she found her husband screwing his sexy redheaded intern. Now she finds herself alone, depressed and raising two teenagers while her ex is having the time of his life with his new girlfriend. One chance encounter leads to another and Penny is stunned to find herself in the arms of a hot, young man. Steve is almost young enough to be her son but he makes her feel so good. He’s a Major League pitcher with a bad boy reputation and has a thing for older gals with curves. But just when everything seems to be going well, Penny’s ex begins to stir up trouble that could spell disaster for everyone involved.

I love the interaction between the lead characters.  It’s fun, easy and sexy.  I think this story is…wait for it…one of my favorites.  Heck, they’re all my favorites.  I wrote them.  Pick up a copy at your favorite retailer today and don’t forget to post a review if you enjoy the story.  Tell your friends, coworkers and everyone you know on Facebook (well, maybe not your aunt at the convent 😉 ).  Don’t forget to sign up for my newsletter to find out about all my releases and more!!

RHL is Free and Some Previews

First off, I wanted to mention that Hard Rock Love is free just about everywhere and will remain that way.  It’s a marketing gimmick but still it’s satisfying to have so many people grab a copy of my book.  I get paid to do this but I do it because I like sharing stories with people.  I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every reader and fan and if you haven’t read the Rock Hard Series, go grab yourself a free copy.

Pitching Curves Cover BlogNext, I’m fresh out of material.  I’ve been working so hard completing the Rock Hard and Softail trilogies that I haven’t written anything else.  But I’m working hard now and I want to give all of you readers and fans a sneak preview of what I’m working on.  None of these are planned to be trilogies.  That’s up to my readers.  All my stories have room to expand and ideas that don’t make it in the final version.  If a book is a success, I respond and write more of what you want.  Simple as that.  I want to tell the stories you want to read.

I’ve expanded these descriptions from those found in the beginning of Rock Hard Bliss:

Pitching Curves – When Penny discovers her husband is sleeping with his intern, she’s devastated, especially as she’s left to raise the kids while her ex plays with his new girlfriend.  But a chance encounter leads to a torrid love affair with a Major League pitcher known for his wild ways and soon the tables have turned.  Penny is having the time of her life and her ex and his girlfriend are expecting a new baby.  But Penny’s ex isn’t satisfied with his new life and he decides to make trouble.

Rock & Roll Curves – Darcy’s big but she loves rock & roll.  She never expected, however, the lead Singer of Dark Fire Love would choose her instead of her hot and thin best friend.  However, a night of torrid passion is followed by heartache as the rock star disappears.  Darcy is devastated and is sure he thought her weight made her an easy mark.  But when a limousine appears to  sweep her off to God knows where, maybe she was all wrong about her rock star lover after all.

Sapphic Curves – When a sexy lesbian comes on to Maddie, she brushes the other woman off.  However, the Sapphic temptress is persistent and Maddie ends up in bed with the wild lesbian.  Sometimes the one you fall for isn’t the one you expect but our curvy heroine never expected that she would find love with another woman. I guess this one should be subtitled Big Girls & Bad Girls.

Havana Curves – An American girl finds herself trapped in 1950’s Cuba, held there by a debt to the mob. However, a mysterious man takes an interest in the curvy American beauty.  He’s a wealthy cigar factory owner and he purchases the debt and saves her.  But can she save him when he’s targeted as a traitor as Castro comes to power?

That’s what I’m working on right now.  Pitching Curves is being edited as I write this and Rock & Roll Curves is almost written.  Now, Sapphic Curves might not appeal to all my fans, but I like experimenting and breaking new ground.  You never now, you might like a walk on the other side.  Havana Curves is a historical piece set during the Cuban Revolution.  It was a bad time, but love always finds a way.  This is possibly the first in a new collection of historical erotic romances.  More to come on that soon!

Rock Hard Bliss – The Finale

Rock Hard Bliss Cover BlogI am excited to announce that the third part of the Rock Hard Series, Rock Hard Bliss – The Finale, is available for purchase.  I’ve been working on this series since November of 2012 and this particular installment for a couple of months.  It’s finally done and It’s sort of bittersweet.  I was developing a love/hate relationship with Simone and James but now that it’s finished, I think this is the best of the series.

Things are going from bad to worse for Simone Navarro and the rock star, James Turner, that had swept her off her feet.  The tabloids printed lies about Simone provided by their nemesis Victoria Roland, head of the Roland Talent Agency.  However, things are only destined to get worse as James is accused of beating his ex-wife and their plans to take over Roland Talent are scuttled by someone the couple thought they could trust.  Now, Victoria has them by the balls and she doesn’t intend to let go.  Just as Simone and James admit their love for one another, things have never looked darker.

You know you’re doing something right when you make yourself cry writing a book.  I’ve managed to put Simone and James in dire straights but never fear.  Like all good romances, love finds a way and our heroes are redeemed.  But just when you think the story is over, things take another delicious turn.  I hope you enjoy Rock Hard Bliss as much as I loved/hated writing it.  Remember, if you love this story, give it a good review and tell your friends.

P.S. I doubt I’ll revisit this story but there’s one character I think has the potential to make a great story.  Do you think you know who it is?  I’d love to hear your ideas.  You might see a spin off story in the future.

Busy, Busy, Busy

Rock Hard Bliss Cover BlogI have been hard at work on Rock Hard Bliss and I’m happy to say it is in its final stages of editing.  Part 3, the finale, should be out by this time next week.  This part brings the entire story full-circle.  More peril, more romance and more than a few surprises.  This is a rousing finish to an epic romance, almost 90,000 words in total.

I know many of you have been waiting for this and I’m glad to finally be finished.  I really love this series and the characters but finishing this series is satisfying.  I’m not opposed to revisiting the characters in the future if there’s enough support.  If you love the series and characters, spread the word.  In any case, I’ve got many more stories in me.  Keep checking for new releases or make it easy on yourself and sign up for my newsletter (click the button to the right).

Happy Easter!

It’s Easter and April is upon us.  Wow!  How time flies.  I wanted to wish my readers a happy Easter and let everyone know whats going on.  I’ve been busy with some personal issues that have kept me away from my keyboard more than I like, but things are going well and I’m gearing up again.

Softail Curves III Cover BlogSoftail Curves III is written and being edited.  It should be out very soon.  This ties up the trilogy and comes in at a satisfying 20,000 words.  It’s got a lot of drama, some very exciting sex and a few twists and turns to keep you on your toes.

Rock Hard Bliss is my focus now.  I’ve got a couple of chapters finished and I should have a first draft done in early April.  The focus shift from the internal struggles between Simone and James to the external conflict caused by Vicky, The Fraulein.  Again, this book will finish the series.

Finishing both of these will let me focus on new projects.  Some more titles in my Big Girls & Bad Boys collection, another novel, and a few ideas that are just beginning to take shape.  I’m excited to get into some new stories and explore some new characters and relationships.

I’m also pleased to say that Santa Cruz Curves had been in and out the Top 100 of the African American/Romance category and is currently still on the Hot New Release list in that category.  I know I said my books would be in the erotica category in a previous post, but because SCC is interracial, it warranted the special treatment.
