Happy Independence Day!!

Happy Independence Day!  What a great day.  I’m able to write about big girls falling in love and you’re able to read it because of the great men and women that declared independence from a tyrannical king over 200 years ago.  America isn’t perfect but our liberties make us special and today is a great day to remember that. 😀

Rock and Roll Curves - Love Her 2 Times BlogWhile I’ve got your attention, I want to give everyone a little preview of the upcoming sequel to Rock & Roll Curves.  I have had a working title of ‘On Tour’ but that has changed.  These stories take me by surprise sometimes and this is one of them.  Now it’s called Rock & Roll Curves – Love Her 2 Times.  This story is shocking with twist and turns even I didn’t see until I wrote them.  My editor couldn’t sleep after reading it because she was so tied up in knots.

Love Her 2 Times should be out the week of the 15th.  There is a third part planned called 3rd Time’s the Charm.  That will be out in August.  Happy 4th of July.  Eat too much, watch some fireworks and be happy.

Rock & Roll Curves Goodness!

Rock and Roll Curves Cover BlogRock & Roll Curves, as the first in a series, is going on sale for 99 cents!  Yay!  Tell your friends, lovers, rock star boyfriends, your mom, everyone.  Rock & Roll curves has been a great success and I’m so thankful to all my readers for making it so.  You guys rock (pun intended)!!!  So this leads me to the second part of this post.  Rock & Roll Curves 2.

Except its not call part 2.  It’s called Rock & Roll Curves – On Tour.  I don’t want to give too much away, but this story gets deliciously complex in On Tour.  Why?  Well all I’m going to say is that our heroine Darcy smack dab in the middle of a love triangle. What’s hotter than two sexy rock stars fighting over a sexy plus-sized girl?  Well, you’re going to find out it just a couple of weeks.

No hard release date yet.  Lot’s of summer stuff going on and my editor is busy as well.  It will be out before I go on vacation in late July, however.  And speaking of July, have a safe and spectacular Independence Day!  Happy Birthday, America!!!

A Preview of a Different Kind of Story

Sapphic Curves Blog CoverI’m out of town on a little vacation so I thought I’d post this before I left to whet your appetite for my next release.  This one is different and I’ve hinted at it in previous post.  Sapphic Curves is the story of a young women, she’s a virgin, overweight and rather introverted.  She’s a librarian and loves to read and travel.  She surrounds herself with adventure, but never really lives it.  She’s content to spectate.

That life is turned upside down when a sexy woman comes onto her, wondering why our heroine is hiding her beauty and telling her she can see the “wild bitch” inside of her.  Well, excitement gets the best of our heroine and she finds herself in bed with the attractive lesbian but afterwards she can’t handle the feelings and confusion that generated and thing go awry.

This story isn’t finished but I’ve got the plot in my head.  The real message is that love doesn’t always happen the way you plan and is sometimes found in the most unexpected places.  I know many of my readers are probably not into girl on girl sex but I hope you’ll give this one a chance.  It’s kind of a thought experiment.  Could a straight woman fall for another woman?  Could love be stronger than sexual orientation?

Don’t worry, I’m not abandoning my bad boys like Dutch, Gage or James but sometimes I just need to indulge my wacky ideas.  Again, I hope you give this one a chance.  If it’s not your thing, maybe you will like the story.  Maybe you, like the heroine, will find love somewhere you didn’t expect it.  Maybe you just like a good love story.  In any case, expect Sapphic Curves in mid June.

Back to My Roots!

Rock and Roll Curves Cover BlogI’ve laid a few eggs.  Produced a few duds.  I can admit that.  I like to experiment and sometimes things aren’t as exciting to my readers as they are to me.  So sue me!  But this time, I’ve gone back to what started it all for me, or rather the two whats that started it all.  Rock Hard Love and Softail Curves.  With that in mind, I’ve written something that combines the best of both and that is called, Rock & Roll Curves.

This story has the big girl, the bad boy rock star, the amazing sex and the great story.  At nearly 20,000 words, Rock & Roll Curves is everything any self respecting reader of erotic romance would want in a story.  If I do say so myself, the sex is the most inspired I’ve yet written.  It’s sexy, rough, immediate and so satisfying.  The girl is sassy, yet somewhat insecure.  The male lead is strong and in control.

Rock & Roll Curves is due out this week!  I’ll post when it is available but I’m shooting to have it on sale the biggies (Amazon, B&N and All Romance) on Wednesday.  I’m really excited about this.  If you enjoyed Simone and James in the Rock Hard series or Shauna and Dutch in Softail Curves, you’re going to love this.  My beta readers raved about it and I hope you love it as much as they did.

Pitching Curves – Out Later This Week!

Pitching Curves Cover BlogI resolved to get two titles out this month and I’m failing miserably.  But I have an excuse, no really.  I began writing what I thought would be a 15,000 word title and it turned into nearly 30,000.  That titles is called Pitching Curves.

I’ve ditched the young, big girl meets young, bad boy and opted for the older, curvy divorcee meets bad boy instead.  In this case, she caught her husband screwing his sexy intern and now a year later she’s beginning to heal.  Then she spies a hot guy at the pizza parlor who catches her staring.  He happens to be a Major League pitcher and…well, you can find out later this week.

Rock and Roll Curves Cover BlogRock & Roll Curves is all but written too.  See, I’ve been busy!  This one should make it out by the end of the month.  It’s not Simone and James.  This one has its share of rock star sex, but the story is totally different.  If this doesn’t make it out by the 31st, expect it in very early June.  Of course, both titles will be announced on here once they are for sale.  If you want to know directly, sign up for my newsletter.  The link it over to the right.

RHL is Free and Some Previews

First off, I wanted to mention that Hard Rock Love is free just about everywhere and will remain that way.  It’s a marketing gimmick but still it’s satisfying to have so many people grab a copy of my book.  I get paid to do this but I do it because I like sharing stories with people.  I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every reader and fan and if you haven’t read the Rock Hard Series, go grab yourself a free copy.

Pitching Curves Cover BlogNext, I’m fresh out of material.  I’ve been working so hard completing the Rock Hard and Softail trilogies that I haven’t written anything else.  But I’m working hard now and I want to give all of you readers and fans a sneak preview of what I’m working on.  None of these are planned to be trilogies.  That’s up to my readers.  All my stories have room to expand and ideas that don’t make it in the final version.  If a book is a success, I respond and write more of what you want.  Simple as that.  I want to tell the stories you want to read.

I’ve expanded these descriptions from those found in the beginning of Rock Hard Bliss:

Pitching Curves – When Penny discovers her husband is sleeping with his intern, she’s devastated, especially as she’s left to raise the kids while her ex plays with his new girlfriend.  But a chance encounter leads to a torrid love affair with a Major League pitcher known for his wild ways and soon the tables have turned.  Penny is having the time of her life and her ex and his girlfriend are expecting a new baby.  But Penny’s ex isn’t satisfied with his new life and he decides to make trouble.

Rock & Roll Curves – Darcy’s big but she loves rock & roll.  She never expected, however, the lead Singer of Dark Fire Love would choose her instead of her hot and thin best friend.  However, a night of torrid passion is followed by heartache as the rock star disappears.  Darcy is devastated and is sure he thought her weight made her an easy mark.  But when a limousine appears to  sweep her off to God knows where, maybe she was all wrong about her rock star lover after all.

Sapphic Curves – When a sexy lesbian comes on to Maddie, she brushes the other woman off.  However, the Sapphic temptress is persistent and Maddie ends up in bed with the wild lesbian.  Sometimes the one you fall for isn’t the one you expect but our curvy heroine never expected that she would find love with another woman. I guess this one should be subtitled Big Girls & Bad Girls.

Havana Curves – An American girl finds herself trapped in 1950’s Cuba, held there by a debt to the mob. However, a mysterious man takes an interest in the curvy American beauty.  He’s a wealthy cigar factory owner and he purchases the debt and saves her.  But can she save him when he’s targeted as a traitor as Castro comes to power?

That’s what I’m working on right now.  Pitching Curves is being edited as I write this and Rock & Roll Curves is almost written.  Now, Sapphic Curves might not appeal to all my fans, but I like experimenting and breaking new ground.  You never now, you might like a walk on the other side.  Havana Curves is a historical piece set during the Cuban Revolution.  It was a bad time, but love always finds a way.  This is possibly the first in a new collection of historical erotic romances.  More to come on that soon!

Busy, Busy, Busy

Rock Hard Bliss Cover BlogI have been hard at work on Rock Hard Bliss and I’m happy to say it is in its final stages of editing.  Part 3, the finale, should be out by this time next week.  This part brings the entire story full-circle.  More peril, more romance and more than a few surprises.  This is a rousing finish to an epic romance, almost 90,000 words in total.

I know many of you have been waiting for this and I’m glad to finally be finished.  I really love this series and the characters but finishing this series is satisfying.  I’m not opposed to revisiting the characters in the future if there’s enough support.  If you love the series and characters, spread the word.  In any case, I’ve got many more stories in me.  Keep checking for new releases or make it easy on yourself and sign up for my newsletter (click the button to the right).
